Q: How do I place an order?

Placing an order with AVONDO is simple. Browse our online store, add your selected items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver in Melides, Carvalhal and Comporta area. If you are unsure about your address, please call us in advance of placing an order.

Your order is carefully packed and delivered to your doorstep. We deliver the goods ourselves so we make sure that all products, especially perishables, are handled with care to maintain their quality and freshness during transit.

You can cancel your order until 12 PM of the delivery day. Funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For returns, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging. We arrange for the returning of the items on the same address of the delivery with not extra cost.

Although this requirement specifically targets plastic bags, we extend this policy to paper bags to further our commitment to the environment.

To maintain transparency and fairness, we charge a nominal fee of €0.20 for each paper bag. This charge covers the cost of producing and sourcing environmentally friendly bags and supports our ongoing sustainability initiatives.
