Returns and Cancellation
You can cancel your order until 12 PM of the delivery day. Funds will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For returns, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging. We arrange for the returning of the items on the same address of the delivery with not extra cost.
Please note that customized or perishable items are not eligible for return. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
